As event delivery experts, the Our Crew team wanted a new way of efficiently managing event staff at some of the biggest corporate, television, and music events in the world. We built a platform that ensures crew meal allocation, enables health and safety onsite, and manages crew access.

Our Crew needed a platform that could manage over 2,000 short contract staff and solve a market gap for efficient, intuitive control over meal allocation for organizers at the UK’s largest scale events and television productions.

Using React Native, the crew app offers a cost-saving solution to crew food management. Pre-event reporting helps catering teams prepare accurately, and post-event analysis reduces wasted meals. Dietary requirements are captured in advance so crews receive appropriate meals with minimal hassle.

Control Our Crew
Using RFID passes, Our Crew takes the pain out of managing access. Event managers can assign access rules to individuals or groups quickly.
Protect Our Crew
Health and safety documentation is shared ahead of time with a supporting questionnaire to confirm understanding. On arrival, the Health and Safety team can verify completion immediately.
